Our drivers, Kelvin and Richie, were great at keeping in touch with us prior to our adventure. They had a rich knowledge, not only about the animals that we saw, but also about how to help us see the most that we could see! Super knowledgeable, passionate about the nature and animals, great vibes, supportive, and can give clinical advice. Saved one of us from an extreme stomach infection by suggesting meds and truly saved the day. A blessing through and through. I was a little skeptical at first, but Monica was fantastic from the very beginning. She responded promptly to every question we had and kept checking in with us throughout the entire trip, which gave us a lot of confidence and made us feel well looked after.

The accommodations were excellent- comfortable, spotless, and very family-friendly. They were perfect for traveling with a young child.

The real highlight of our safari, though, was our guide, Collin. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the parks and wildlife, and thanks to his expertise we were fortunate enough to see all of the Big Five. We even learned about the "Ugly Five," which was a fun and memorable part of the experience. Collin made sure everything ran smoothly and genuinely took great care of our family throughout the trip. He was especially wonderful with our five-year-old, who woke up every morning excited to head out on safari with him.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone planning a safari. Monica's customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and if you have the chance, definitely ask for Collin as your guide. He made an unforgettable experience even better.
